Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Robertson’s Farmgate.  We offer a few different delivery and collection options depending on the type of product you purchase.  If you are ever unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Please read our Delivery Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Delivery Options, Details and Costs

We offer the following delivery options.

You will be asked to select your preferred method at checkout:

  • Local Pick Up – Free
  • Local Delivery with Car – Cost calculated based on location
    • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12pm
  • Local Delivery with Truck – Cost calculated based on location
    • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12pm
  • Delivery via Australia Post  – $15
    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for metro areas
    • Regional and remote areas may take longer

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12pm (Tuesday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Sunday, Monday, or Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday or the next business day.

Carriers and Tracking

We use Australia Post for standard delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Shopify. This allows you to monitor your delivery directly through the Australia Post website.



Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.

With all delivery options, please double check the delivery address.  If the address is incorrect, it could incur additional fees.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so there is only a short window to correct any errors. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.



Uncollected Items

We allow 30 days for you to come and collect your items, if you do not pick up your item within that time frame, we will put the item back into stock and refund you the purchase less a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.



Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages

Robertson’s Farmgate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local authorities or Australia Post for assistance.

We take great care with packaging so you receive the goods in perfect condition, however if you are not completely satisfied with the condition of the product, please do contact us.
